Hector Ferran has been building brand and marketing agencies since their early twenties. Coquí Dream Studios is the third, and close to two decades of experience sit behind it.
They started with VMI Media Group, the agency they founded in the Village of the Arts in Florida, doing website design, brand development, and marketing, producing public art, and running an arts and culture publication. Years later they rebuilt CT Studio, the brand agency inside Cointelegraph, from six people losing money into a team of more than 65 across the world, with six-figure recurring revenue and a celebrity NFT program. Then they founded Pan Crypto Labs, the web3 growth studio that became Coquí, taking more than 20 brands from brief to measurable results.
Along the way their work has spanned consumer and enterprise, including a $3M rebrand and post-acquisition brand integration at Vacasa, and growth at BlueWillow, scaling an AI product from 150K to 1.4M users while cutting blended CAC from $3 to $0.09.
